The scripture above is from Matthew 11:28, and it is Jesus who beckons the weary.
Even as His body wearied, His work went on, and He offered
living water to the woman at the well.

When we are weary, water often refreshes. The living water that Jesus offers not only refreshes but gives everlasting life. Even when Jesus was weary, His Spirit was able, and He did not cease His work.
"But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good."
II Thessalonians 3:13
"And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart."
Galations 6:9
"But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
