Is Jesus at the door?

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock.
 If anyone hears My voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."

Christ at the Door

Two different pictures of Jesus at the door.  We have seen the one above, by Warner Sallman, many times.  The one below by Holman Hunt, shows the door covered with vines and weeds, and the latch can only be opened from the inside.

The Light of the World

Jesus will only come in, if we open the door-from the inside.

"I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."
